Returns and Exchanges

Returns

Please send an email to theammecollection@gmail.com advising the return. All items must be postmarked and returned in its original packaging (including all tags) and original condition within 10 days of the delivery date. All returns will be inspected for approval. Any worn, washed or damaged items will not be approved for a return. Shipping costs for returns will not be refunded. Approved returns will be processed 5 business days upon receipt of your returned item.

Exchanges

All items being exchanged will be inspected for approval. Any worn, washed or damaged items will not be approved for an exchange. Shipping costs for exchanges will not be refunded. Approved exchanges will be processed 5 business days upon receipt of your returned item.
